I have a weakness for chorizo that borders on the criminally insane. Wave one of those suckers at me and I’ll give you my wallet, my dignity, hell, even my shoes if you want them. Just give me that sweey, smoky, paprika-laden bun torpedo and get out of my way. Mojo Picon do some of the best chorizos going around, and they’re always set up at local markets. I see them at Chatty Mall Thu-Fri markets all the time. They do tons of stuff like garlic prawn rolls but I always go the chorizo for $ 5.50, and then load up on complimentary pickled chillis and their proprietary garlic mayo, salsa verde and Spanish BBQ sauce.
