Pleasant open space with plenty of seating. I had a lamb pita, which was huge! Quick service and you can use the free WiFi from Claremont Quarter. Bonus!

Atomic have these delicious Peanut Butter Protein Balls. Oh my, it’s worth a try! I also love the brand of tea they have — try the Honeydew Green Tea! I am enjoying the renovations here with comfortable chairs and lovely natural light flowing in. What I find frustrating is that they shut quite early, around 4:30pm even on a Thursday night too(hopefully this changes in summer) and their takeaway bar shuts around 4pm. I have stopped in for lunch and I am pleased with the food. There are a variety of choices — salads, curries/asian dishes, pastas etc. I find there are limited gluten free options for those with this requirement. I have enjoyed the chicken salad which is a generous serve and certainly not boring! They have a vast array of cakes and slices with gluten free options. This place is a good stop by for a quick meal or a coffee or pot of tea, room for a pram and kid friendly options. 3 and a half stars from me.

The French fries are great! I had a burger and loved it. The milkshakes looked a bit watery to me and not thick enough so I stuck with a coke. Hubby enjoyed his meal although I can’t recall what it was. My only complaint is it isn’t open in the evening :)

Adore this joint… Cool setting, gorg food. Perfect location. But the random music playing from the kitchen was funny but not cute… All in all the service is immaculate.

Great coffee and the both styles of croissants(Almond croissant and Swiss chocolate croissant) were delicious. Located inside Claremont Quarter a stop by the café is a great start to a day of shopping or in my case — working! Atomic opens well before the retail stores. The free wifi from Claremont Quarter is slow at times. The noise level is loud.

On a hot day this place has a good location and if you choose one of the booths it is airy and cool. The staff were good seeing how there were lots of customers and worked quickly and the prices are pretty good. I didn’t like my ice chocolate much at all but the air conditioning was great for such a hot day.

I came here for brunch for the first time and what a different experience. Anyone that has the cheek to charge $ 1 for hot water and to even put it on the menu does not get my vote. Where’s the flexibility and customer service. I have to say that wait staff this time were delightful but: no cold water was brought to the table, there was a vat of warm water from which you could pour your own water, you had to line up for 15 minutes(no exaggeration) just to order, a sinlge slice of toast is $ 3.50…I could go on. What I had was actually quite nice(avocado bruschetta) but very small for what they charge, a second slice of toast, another slice of tomato and a sliver of onion or something on the side would not have gone amiss. My partner ordered the squid and chips which came with a greek salad. The chips were really measly cold fries, the squid was anaemic and the greek salad consisted of chopped cucumber and cherry tomotoes. Where has all the value gone?

Just had a very delicious calamari salad and excellent coffee — and it’s a cool location in shopping heaven

Great layout and location with beautiful open air vibe overlooking the central communal square at the Claremont Quarter. The coffee is fine, not minding blowing but they do a good job of it and offer an xtra large 3 shot take away option to really get the heart started in the mornings :) The food looks good, I’ve only tried their morning cakes(which are delicious) but I’ll certainly to coming in to have lunch here at some stage.

In a word: Conspicuous You don’t go for the amazing coffee or the delicious menu; it’s one of those places people go to see or be seen. Breakfast is nothing imaginative nor is it cooked well or served efficiently. Much like the people who frequent, Atomic is pretty easy on the eyes and impossible to overlook. It’s a rather nice first impression, but it later leaves you hollow and shallow.

Atomic is found in a primo location on st Quentin’s avenue in Claremont Quarter. It’s half restaurant half café with a really cruisy vibe. Unfortunately there’s no eftpos facility so remember to bring your cash. And on hot days sit towards the back where the air con can still be felt. The chicken Cesar salad is great, and a good serving size and the strawberry milkshake made me cry tears of joy. It does get pretty packed so savour every time you get a seat!

This is one of the most popular coffee shops I’ve stumbled across in Perth and, while the food and coffee are not necessarily my cup of tea(or even my cup of coffee), it’s not hard to see why. The location is the real draw: you don’t have to eat or drink anything to get the most out of the place, although you do have to eat or drink something to be allowed to sit inside and do so. It’s almost worth it. The view of the street, the people-watching opportunities, and the general airiness leaves almost nothing to be desired. But it remains true that I would much sooner head around to Koko Black for my caffeine fix than stick around here too long.

Atomic is a gorgeous café overlooking the Claremont Square; it is extremely open and is decked out with modern furnishings in shades of orange and black oversized lanterns hanging from the roof. The menu has an extensive variety of delicious salads, to paninis, to pastas and more. My friend and I came here for lunch just the other day, she ordered the spinach and ricotta ravioli for around $ 20 with a coke for about $ 4, while I had the roasted vegetable focaccia which cost $ 12.50. The meals were very tasty and served with a smile, however the prices are a little exuberant and it was annoying that they only accept cash; overall the quality of the food, restaurant and location was worth it, very pleasant and will sure be back to try the calamari salad or for breakfast as I hear it’s amazing!

This place has amazing coffee. It’s also situated in an amazing location, full of amazingly good-looking people. Also amazing, the interior of the place. What’s not so amazing is the lack of table-service which really grinds my gears. I hate ordering at the register, I really do. So if anyone from Atomic is reading this, PLEASE change your approach and abolish the need for paying customers to stand in line like tools waiting to order their drinks/food. Haven’t eaten here but the coffee is really good(did I mention that already?).
