I was dropping by to order a few dishes from Rasa Penang in Clarkson but was surprised it was replaced by Southern Star. Since I’m there, I’ve order Phở Bo (Traditional braised beef with meat balls noodles). The meal is tasty and chilli on the side is a plus (I like it hot: D). Service was excellent. Average price per meal is around $ 12.5 per meal.
Other than Vietnamese food, they also cook other Chinese (Singapore Noodle/​Char Kway Teow) and Thai (Pad Thai/​Tom Yam) cuisine as well.
