Oporto

Worst customer service when trying to resolve an issue. Twice had meals of $ 20 from here and both times they were in accurate and of a terrible quality. Despite leaving feedback via there website both times I received no communication back. To really rub it in I was both times sent an email for feedback regarding my query being resolved.
I won’t be going back and hope everyone else also boycotts a business that treats its customers this way.

While I work locally, when I’m in the mood for fast food, I always want Oporto and I always get the same thing:
Chicken Wrapsnacker Meal with Prego Sauce only in the wrap and a side of Potato Bites with Prego Sauce.
Firstly, KFC, Imma let you finish, but Oporto has the best chips EVARRRRR! In all seriousness, I’m pretty sure those chips are laced with crack because I just keep going back for more.
Prego sauce is also the bomb. For those in the great unknown: it’s a creamy BBQ sauce and it will blow-​your-​freakin-​mind it’s so good.
The potato bites are the reincarnation of KFC’s «Mashies» aka little, crumbed, deep fried balls of delicious mashed potato goodness.
The wrap is always delicious, chicken always moist and cooked well, the wrap itself fresh as the salad contained within it.
The restaurant is always absolutely spotless.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, one even wished me a happy birthday after I received my loyalty card free birthday meal — adorbs!
A great selection of beverages ranging from coca cola and its counterparts to Barista Bro’s and more.
Basically, Oporto is a cheaper, quicker and IMHO, more delicious version of Nandos and is mine (my partner’s and my manager’s) take away of choice.

Hmm. Not sure I like the chicken. Looks good but the lemon& herb sauce tasted like sour mayo on the chicken. Don’t think I’ll be going back

Just open up in the building that Chicken Treat once occupied, has had a make over and still has the drive through, easy access via the lights at Fulham St.
Had the B&E wrap ok, and on a par with other fast food outlet’s.
