Casa-Bella Pizza

By far the best pizza in Sydney. There supreme is amazing. Great Italian food also. Dining is is good too. Relaxing vibe and great food, can’t beat it :)

Stepping into this place is like walking into the cesspool of hell.
I usually support local business, but this place is dreadful and the management and organizational operations are utterly pathetic. Having to wait 45minutes to pick up a pizza when you have been told 25 minutes is ridiculous (even 25 minutes is a bit of a stretch).
The entire operation is a bit of a disgrace, and the management are utterly disgusting. The operation of this place is almost comical when you see the antics of clearly incompetent people who can’t perform the most basics of tasks. But it’s nice to know everyone in Australia, even the incompetent, have their moment to shine.
You should also know that they allocate preference to walk-​in take away orders over anything that is made online. It rather defeats to purpose of actually having an online system. Then being met with desire if this store to double bill its online customers just adds to the hilarity of ordering a simple pizza.
As for the actual pizzas, it is not worth the wait. They are overpriced for what you get and could equally get something the same if not better at a mass produced chain store. The pizza I waited 45minutes for ended up having the most poorly made pizzas I have had. Not only was it not equally distributed to half-​and-​half, but it was also missing toppings and the base was less than ideal.
Would definitely skip this one.
