However, when I contacted them to fix my dishwasher, I had to go back and forth with exclusive for over 3 weeks to get a response as to when it would be fixed or replaced. A broken dishwasher is my biggest nightmare. They finally agreed to send a technician to have a look at assess the situation. The technician was brilliant and he fixed my dishwasher in 15 minutes.
