AAA+ for location and fitout. Sitting astride the sun-​drenched Taylor Square intersection like Taylor Swift currently sits astride the world of pop music — at least until Ke$ha cleans up her act and makes the comeback we all know she’s capable of — this café cum bar bails the tall leather Dracula lounges, front patio, high-​vantage-​point settees and old comfy couches like my fantasy lounge room hopefully will one day.
They’ve crafted a really cruisy, rancho relaxo place to hang out with portraits of Che and Fidel looking down at you from the wall in all their cigar-​chomping glory. If this is what Havana feels like I wanna go. Havana good time, yeah.
If they knocked the menu out of the park this place would kill, and don’t get me wrong they do a good job but and all the pieces are there but the food lacks the ‘holy wow’ factor to take this to the nek lebel. For a coffee or cocktail, though, this is ya huckleberry.

Perfect location. BUT the «extra hot» hot chocolate was luke warm, took 20 minutes to arrive although it wasn’t a busy night, and no spoon. Strange consistency of the drink and the food left overs of the previous guests were sitting on the table until finally someone cleared up and took away my water too. Guys, get your act together! Such a nice place, don’t wreck it.
