Woahhhh… So many suppliments! Go Vita feels a bit like a health food pharmacy when you walk in; isles of suppliments on one side and isles of protein powder on the other. This mean this place is great to help you at the gym or supplement your lifestyle, not not necessarily recreate a healthy one like some do.
Some health food stores provide healthy meal ideas and the like, this one seems focused on supliments, so if that’s what you’re looking for, take a bee-​line straight for this place and I think you’ll find what you need. I don’t know how to compare prices really, but it didn’t seem too expensive. And, in a place like this, the most important thing Is the help: I asked an attendand a question, and the answer took several minutes to explain, so the help is definitely there, without any pressure to buy.
