Four star definitely, for the quality casual dining place. Great food great service & very clean for a phở place. The owner use to run the famous Golden BBQ in Chinatown, always insist on the quality of ingredient he uses. The phở soup was delicious and most importantly no additional MSG was added unlike many other phở places. Also love their spicy phở, broken rice, fried rice and fried rice noodle. The place has recently expanded to accommodate extra tables, always stay really clean. The waiter provide great service even when the restaurant is busy. Highly recommend if you are near by this side of town, in my opinion far better than ones in Inala.
