Business Owner

Caroline started One Red Thread in 2014 because the idea of owning her own business could no longer be on the backburner. Like most startups — she wanted to find ways to grow in a lean way and adopted systems and tools that would enable her to do this.

After entering the small business world she realised how few women were familiar with the tools and methodologies she was employing and how eager she was to help them grow their technical capabilities.
