Pagel Glass

My first encounter with Pagel Glass was an unfortunate one. I was just about to move into a new rental property when the landlord called us to say the glass shower door had spontaneously exploded all over our bathroom. When we arrived at our house, there was glass ALL over the bathroom, making for a huge and dangerous mess. A worker from Pagel Glass called me previously to meet us at the house and was very prompt and professional. He explained what had happened with the glass and how it was to go about getting fixed.
He organised for a fellow colleague to come and pick up the shower door frame that very same this afternoon. Although it would take a long time to get fixed, he was very apologetic and the whole process went very smoothly and quickly. As it is a rental property as well, he didn’t pester us for any money and was clear about contacting our landlord for payment which was really great. Also very female friendly!
