It’s ok. Quite expensive for what you get though. $ 80 for a men’s tee? I love their designs, but not that much. Pair of jeans I bought from there a few years back faded real bad too…

I was waiting for someone the other day on Brunswick St as I got there a little early and started to walk the street all the way to the end, which I don’t think that I had ever done. Good thing I did because I discovered what I did not know the day before. As I had a look around I was very happy to see that if I was to buy a shirt here, not only would I be wearing a really cool shirt, I would be supporting a Melbourne designer. Whenever I buy new clothes I like to walk out of the store wearing them which is exactly what I did this day. Within a matter of minutes I had walked into Vegie Bar for dinner where I received my first of many compliments on my schnazzy new made in Melbourne shirt.

There’s a quirk here when you walk in. The cartoony look of the clouds, the 80s depth to the logotype, the bright colours in the fabrics. Found at one end of Brunswick Street I’m real fan of the graphics on their tees and hoodies, ranging from the bright and simple cloud and lightening bolts to the more intricate hand drawn masterpieces. As well as the clothing the jewellery carries the quirk to the next level. With the staff helpful in enough of a way to make sure you buy something, the prices for all this are affordable and for those looking for the perfect and simple gift for someone else.

Tomorrow Never Knows’ cabinet is brimming with some quirky, fun jewellery. There’s lots here if you wanted to buy an interesting present for yourself or a friend. All you have to do is choose what exactly you’re after. The cactus necklaces are an interesting twist and they’re in little resin pots too so they hang nicely from the long necklace. The clothes in Tomorrow Never Knows is geared towards the t-shirt and every day wear line. It’s priced around the $ 50 to $ 80 mark and it is probably a little pricey for what you get in return but then again many different labels charge around the same. They generally specialise in 100% cotton shirts, long sleave tops and hoodies. And they have a pretty good selection so if you need some basics, you could definitely look here.

A bit out of the way from the Brunswick Street hub is Tomorrow Never Knows, a quirky clothing/accessory/jewellery store that will certainly not appeal to everyone, but will definitely make some people very happy. I think TNK is a great place for when you are looking for a basic with a bit of quirk — they have some gorgeous hoodies and tees that are affordable, and will also help you stand out from the crowd with the crazy and original prints. As Kate has said in the previous review, the jewellery is gorgeous and definitely puts these guys ahead of the game. I’m also a fan of their crazy tights/socks and warm scarves. Tomorrow Never Knows is definitely a place for those looking for something a little bit different, but not too crazy.
