Save The Children Australia Shop

Of all of the countless charity stores and op shops in Freo, this was the least expensive with the warmest feeling inside.
Having got caught up in the sunshine I wandered a little further than expected and ended up a long way from home down South Terrace. When «Save the Children» broke my trance and I tried to recall ever seeing one of these shops before– nope, first time for me. So I entered to find racks with signage starting from «$ 1-​$ 3» That’s insane– what great value! I almost felt like I should be wearing a balaclava and wielding a gun but I modestly bought one collared shirt and graciously thanked the shop assistant as she put my gold coin towards a brighter future.
