Ammmmaaazzziing their smoothies are gold! Why would you bother with a sugar filled boost juice when you can have an Acai smoothie and get all the goodness you need! Spend the extra $$ to get a Sml $ 8.50 large $ 9.50. It’s all RAW, ORGANIC, VEGAN, plus GLUTENFREE, DAIRYFREE, REFINEDSUGARFREE! Haven’t had one of their bom dia bowls yet — but can’t wait — they look sensational!

Acai bowls seems to be one of the latest health food trends and after seeing so many images all over Instagram I was looking forward to trying one! I order the Hortela the first time I came here and I’ve been back for it on numerous times since as it’s a very refreshing snack that can double as a dessert. The staff are very relaxed and easy going which is replicated by the atmosphere. The music is always AMAZING, whoever is making their playlists has great taste. Inside the shop you can find a small seating area with magazines to browse through as well as a wall with polaroids of customers. A tad on the hipster side– yes, but don’t let that phase you. Although they are a little overpriced, a Bom Dia bowl is hard to go past when needing a healthy snack. Lastly, I noticed that they support a lot of other South Australian brands. For example, one of the water brands available to purchase being sourced from South Australia. It’s ALWAYS good to see a local small business support another local small business.

BomDia Bowls on Moseley St is an awesome stop on a hot day! I’ve tried the Acai Bowls and Smoothies and they are always on point. Fresh produce and healthy options make it my number one stop at Glenelg. Staff are always super helpful and can fill you in on all the healthy benefits of the Acai berry. Cool shop fit out too. Cheers guys!

I’d heard so much about this little place from all my hipster friends, and i depend on them for the best new places up and coming in Adelaide! If you love places like nutrition republic, or the organik store you will love this little super charged store! A very small menu and only one seat near the window means Bom Dia does not have a café vibe. They specialize in raw desserts, smoothies and acai bowls and will likely serve as take aways. Acai is a super food berry, and essentially the bowls are these berries in a gelati — sorbet — type form with fresh fruit, honey and varying condiments(usually granola and banana in particular). Overseas(eg Hawaii) people usually have this as a brekky but here you are able to have these delicious treats at any time of day, even as a dessert! The staff are super friendly here. Its a bit pricey but you won’t find bowls like this anywhere else in adelaide. although the trend is starting to take off! The raw desserts are also worth checking out, as well as the pressed juice shots!
