Warning: dumpling place with no dumplings. They don’t sell dumpling place but service amazing Taiwanese food. They have really good minced pork rice and you can make it a combo with soup and a side dish for just around $ 10 dollars. gotta say, cheap authentic Taiwanese food that satisfies a bit of craving from TW.

Situated next to Chinese Noodle Restaurant is a Taiwanese restaurant with the peculiar name of Cho Dumpling King. Don’t let the name deceive you, since no dumplings are served at this establishment. I’ve been here several times already and while the place is small and usually full, the wait is quick. Takeaway is easy and service is prompt. The food here is great and cheap, you really can’t go wrong with anything you order here… Taiwanese snacks are the bomb. You can order several different types of snack foods as well as side dishes you normally wouldn’t get anywhere else and the teas are tasty too(frothy green tea ftw.) Their lunch deals are very nice… if you’re ever in the area and don’t feel like ramen at Menya or the wait might be too long at Chinese Noodle Restaurant, then give this place a go.
