Had the pancake stack for breakfast which was delicious. So was the coffee. Originally wanted to order eggs for breakfast but discovered they use cage eggs only which is an immediate turn off. Nice staff, nice café and in a good spot.

A wonderful establishment. Fantastic service and food! Even the presentation is worth mentioning. We ate breakfast there. Had the pancake special and a marvelous eggs dish. Generous portions, reasonable price. Healthy choices, unique options and traditional meal choices too. Don’t miss it as a perfect way to start the day.

Makes a very nice breakfast in a cost setting right in front of the harbour.
The tasmanian salmon used in the bagel an lox and the eggs and salmon is top quality, the bread as well.
Great attention to the choice of the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the plates.
The price is about classic for a sit down breakfast: 15 for the dish + 4 for the coffee

Tassie’s best scallop pies? I believe it. I’ve never had flakier pastry! The filling was nice and lightly spiced with curry. The wedges were tasty, but the salad was drowning in balsamic. There was no balance there; all vinegar. Ugh.
After sharing the pie, wedges and salad with my bf, we shared the tiramisu, which was lovely.
The traffic is steady in and out. Must be a hit with the locals, although I had to add it on Unilocal?What the deuce?!!
