Nestled in a very unassuming corner of Salamanca Square is a small room. Inside this small room is some chalk boards, two burly lads, a coffee machine and some small snacks. Nothing else, but there doesn’t need to be, because Parklane delivers some of the finest coffee I’ve had. No messing about, just pure coffee bliss. If you enjoy good coffee, this is a must visit.

Parklane is a great coffeehouse. I have gone twice and plan to go again before heading home to the states. I am on holiday is Tassie and was so thrilled to find a cozy + friendly place to grab coffee. The café latte was the perfect temperature and flavour. There are only 3 or 4 small seats inside the shop but there are some really cool + classy wooden tables on the patio. Definitely recommend this spot in Salamanca Square!

It’s nice to have somewhere in Salamanca that focuses on good quality coffee in what can sometimes be an overly tourist oriented area.

Zimmah coffee’s got a presence at Salamanca now, so I’m probably ready to call this my favourite coffee place in the area, despite having only been there once since it opened(but let’s be fair, that was less than a month ago). Taking up a newly-shined little corner of the square(top right, near the entrance to the carpark), Parklane is quietly and calmly serving up excellent brews.
