McDonald’s

I guess it’s my own fault for not checking, but deadset… This place always fucks up my order… !!

YESSSSS! Delivery McDonald’s ! How does America not have this yet!?!
McDonald’s or «Maccas» as they call it here down under, is overall much better tasting than American McDonald’s. The meat is much more genuine tasting along with everything else.
I’m reviewing this particular location because of its delivery service… I may or may not have used it on a few hungover occasions :)
Downside: $ 25 minimum for delivery. Pretty easy to do here though if you have a few people with you as there’s no dollar menu and it is a bit pricey.
Once, I ordered on a weekend night and the estimated time wasn’t for another hour and a half .
You can’t order anything without certain things, like I couldn’t say «no cheese» or «no pickles».
Although the food came in about an hour instead, I found it odd that there isn’t a system to let you know that your order is on its way or that the driver has arrived, you just have to wait for the knock.
Upside: friendly drivers and great food like I mentioned before. You can leave comments along with your meal, which is helpful because I share a main front door with people in a granny flat so I made sure to tell the driver not to knock.
You can order extras of anything ! Salt and pepper, cheese, meat etc.
Obviously I love this for the convenience and for the «I need Maccas now» mornings/​nights.

Check your order when going through the drive thu. Ours was handed over minus a drink and a burger we checked the receipt we had paid for them and the girl at the window was all ‘what are you waiting for?’ and I had to list the items that were still missing to get them.

8 minutes for a small cheeseburger meal is totally unacceptable.

Everytime. No joke. Everytime i order nuggets in drive thru, I am sent to the waiting bay. Often i order the grand angus and leave with the mighty angus cause incompetent staff get it wrong. The coke mix always seems to be off never tasting the same as the last. Pick up your game maccas

I come to this McDonald’s on a regular basis because it is close to wear i work and live. Unfortunately though my opinion on this place has drop considerably. I several times we have order something and got something completely different and had to go back to have it changed more often than not if you get a large chips your lucky if you have the same amount as what you get in the small size, and tonight was kinda of the last store for my partner and i we went there and got two large al maco meals and 10 chicken nuggets and i could check to see what was in the bag because some one put both lots of chips in the bad upside down and they went everywhere so when we got home we found out we were missing a burger so i just paid nearly $ 10 for one meal not even get what i paid for. we started going to this McDonald because the other one close to my house is even worse than this place. Worst customer service ever.
