The Cockburn Officeworks is my local store and they don’t fare too badly in terms of other Officeworks stores in Perth.
They’re usually well stocked and I’ve found most of their staff to be pleasant and helpful. However around 4pm they get super busy and generally don’t have many staff on, so if you’re in a rush it’s probably best to avoid this time and go another time!
The Print staff are always so helpful whenever I come in to get documents bound!

Officeworks is the Bunnings of work supplies. In that regard, it is also carries the same issue of where things are.
With that said, staff is what makes the difference between leaving empty-​handed or finding your red stapler. This location, even at 8:30 or 9:00 am is less crowded and easy to speak with a clerk. It’s also convenient to a Spotlight should you need to price check or color match an item.
A majority of shelves seemed rather barren and picked over but there seemed to be stock outside waiting to be unpacked.
