The store is quite unorganised and there are not prices on all products. I went in looking for scrap booking letters and when I found them, none of them were priced. There were rows and not one priced! I couldn’t be bothered asking so I grabbed what I needed and went to pay, it came to $ 15 for 2 sheets. I didn’t have my spotlight card and the lady didn’t ask so I didn’t bother asking her to look me up.

Wow. Extremely disappointing customer service (if you could call it that) from staff who clearly think that the terms of their employment have «customers» as being a priority lower down on the list than catching up on the weekend gossip.
Sorry, given the experience that I had at this Spotlight, the less I say about it the better.
