My partner passes this café on her way into work a few times a week, and she suggested we stop by and try it out last week. I’m glad we did. We didn’t see anything novel about the menu, though there were a couple of interesting specials on the blackboard outside the door. We ordered coffee and food and our little one played in the courtyard(she was impressed with the chalkboard-table, which doesn’t say much about her ability to be impressed, but that’s neither here nor there). I thought the coffee was a bit strong — not bad in my opinion, but it may turn others off — but otherwise good. As I said, the food offered [and ordered] wasn’t anything to write home about in terms of originality, but it was hot, prepared well, and the portions were good value for price. Service was good too. What pleased me the most was the location. It’s in a quiet area off Salvado Road near Jersey Street, so you’re not hearing too much hustle and bustle. We’ll go back, but not before trying other places first, and that’s not because there was anything wrong with our experience here. They do have a drive-thru for coffee, if that’s your thing.

Love this place — always great food, coffee and service. I come here for my cup of joe most mornings and Mary(barista/co-owner) always gets it spot on. Not an easy feat, considering I’m one of these ‘decaf soy cappucino with half hot water and extra chocolate sprinkle’ types. The food is always fresh — the other owner comes in at 4am to bake the cakes, muffins, sausage rolls and prepare all the delicious sandwiches. They have a drive-through which is honestly the quickest drive-through Ive experienced in Perth. They have indoor/outdoor seating too so the dogs often come with me and we sit outside and enjoy the quiet. A real local gem.

Look I’ve been here a few times over the years and have to say that the woman, who I presume is the daughter, who works here needs to serious be more welcoming, even a smile would do. When her father(I presume) is there the atmosphere is much more welcoming. He is Italian and lively with a great big smile. The coffee is okay. The desserts/cakes/cupcakes look inviting. I would go back for a dessert if feeling like a mouthwatering sugar boost but I wouldn’t rush back for coffee.

Down the road from a retirement village, I would certainly take family to this café because the coffee was really fast(old ppl don’t have time to wait) and the coffee was hot(old ppl love it piping!). The coffee itself was pretty underwhelming in flavour(I’d say old beans), but certainly a step up from the McDonalds coffee which is nearby. Don’t think I would go again, but nice to know its available if I do business in this area and need a spot.

This family run café has recently changed management(or at least thats what it looks like) and it seems they are still finding their feet. With that said however, there always seems to be a nice crowd gathered over steaming cups of coffee and plates of hot and cold foods. Located off the beaten track, it’s near a TAFE as well as a retirement home so those are the kind of people one will find there. Fiori coffee was good, but the milk texturing could have been better. One of the novelties of this place is that it has a drive-through which is rarely seen in a café. You can grab your take-away flat white straight from your car.
