Nandos Kenmore

Absolutely terrible service. Walked in to find no one at the counter and the only staff member present was on his phone standing near the door. He gave us no acknowledgement of our presence. Once I managed to catch his eye to signal we were waiting to order he looked away and continued his conversation. We decided to leave given how rude he was. My friend let him know that they lost our business because he didn’t bother to help us. The staff member then just nodded at the door and gave us a thumbs up. Unbelievable.

The clucking ground for the meetings of my badminton club. For some reason we always end up in Nandos.
What they do exceptionally well at this Nandos in my personal opinion is the chicken paella. I’ve never had a bad one, sure i’ve had a spicy one, but it has always been hot, fresh and succulent tasting on my taste buds.
The manager here runs a tight ship, the staff, although may sometimes seem annoyed to be at the front counter, are always friendly and courteous when they are told to get there eventually. Situated right next to a café and the Kenmore Village shops opposite McDonalds, I had my first chicken ribs here.
Thinking for some crazy reason they would be pork spare ribs, I was disappointed when I got them but might I say, pleasantly surprised when I ate them!
Always a regular at this Nandos.
