Last night I went to Yong Jing’s Restaurant in Kingsford and I had the daring choice of Mongolian Beef. It is a every safe choice I know, but it is kind of like comfort food, you know what you will get and you know you will enjoy it. I just wanted something familiar and I got what I wanted.
The meal was served quickly which suited me as I was starving and it was well presented.
What I most wanted to mention about the dining experience was the way the menu was set out which I thought was interesting. It was divided into North China and South China dishes, I had not encountered this before in a Chinese Restaurant and why not get a bit of education with your Mongolian Beef.
