Our Menu is reflective of the multi layered diversity across India and features a range of Tapas inspired by various distinctive elements from across the diverse regions of India to give guests a real indian food dining experience.
History
Established in 2013.
With Leichhardt so abundant with restaurants serving various cuisines such as Italian, brazilian, mexican, japanese, thai and many more, what actually was missing was a good indian restaurant– and what could be more suitable to present anglo-indian food in a suburb comprising of more than 34% of english ex-pat population. Hence The Colonial Leichhardt that was conceived as a mere proposition finally came to life once it opened it’s doors on October 24, 2013.
