Melbourne’s CBD has enough chocolate boutiques that any trying to market themselves as ‘secrets’ will likely be passed over as the next Haighs comes into view. But this little store is worth a look if you’re on the choc trail — and it’s hardly out of the way. Nestled just inside the Collins 324 arcade (the place with Dymocks downstairs), this boutique makes some charming and whimsical little chockies, like the smiling mushroom house I’ve uploaded a pic of here. Very cute.
It’s not all about whacky creations though — generally the focus here is on fine, hand-​crafted European chocolates, which you can pick and choose individually or buy by the box.
