There are only few venues that have married the concept of a heritage listed building with a sophisticated and relaxed modern ambience in the way that «dish» restaurant has on St. Kilda Road Melbourne. Built in 1928, «dish» is located on the ground floor of what was once renowned as part of Australia’s most glamorous automobile showroom and opened as a modern Australian restaurant in 2000.
