Waited 90mins for ordinary food… Service was horrendous. Other tables also had to wait this long. Would never go back…

Very popular happy hour spot on Fridays. Unfortunately, I think the action detracted from our experience. My mom ordered some sort of tequila drink. When it arrived it was on fire. She asked for directions on how to properly drink it, and the waitress had no idea. Furthermore, we ordered a salad and a pizza. We never received the salad. The wait staff here were not very helpful and quite rude. However, the pizza was decent.
We were happy to enjoy the view outside, but could barely hear each other because people were screaming. Would probably return if the service vastly improved. As of now, we will check out other restaurants along South Bank.

Ambiance is beautiful but poor service and not friendly. A very big well presented café but doesn’t provide a tall glass for a latte which surprises me. Coffee was very nice but staff didn’t clarify order therefore got wrong size coffee we think. Short staffed for a Monday so probably explains but doesn’t justify service and management of the business.

One of the many Southbank restaurants that are popular for after-​work drinks, with people spilling out in all directions on a Friday afternoon. Didn’t have much in the way of drinks specials while we were there, but if you’re just after a beer with Yarra views after a busy working week it’s hard to go wrong here.

This is my favourite bar for drinking on a Friday night, but when my work had their Christmas Lunch function there, it was really disappointing. The food was bland and the selection was boring. Yes, there was a large table of us, but we were the only people there and the food took an eternity to arrive, plus lots of mix ups. Great venue for drinks and snacks, not a good venue for dinning.
