I love sushi and have tried MANY pre made bars in Melbourne. This is by far my favorite! If possible i’ll try to get sushi made to order(just a little bit worried about raw fish and bad refidgeraton). At Sushi Sushi you don’t need to worry. Walk past the other places packing up 4 hand rolls for $ 4 chucked on the counter with 5 of those fish shaped soy sauce and go here! Always fresh(I think) and always good. The usual range of hand rolls, but I recommend the sashimi. Oh and they are opened early on weekdays — about 8am

I love my sushi, and it’s a pretty safe bet that what you are going to get is going to be tasty and healthy. I haven’t had many experiences where sushi has gone wrong, and I definitely haven’t with Sushi Sushi. They use fresh ingredients, and generally keep their stock levels up. Sushi sushi is a good choice for a fast and healthy lunch in the city.

So with the extensive amount of Japanese takeaways in Melbourne, with premade sushi ready for grab-and-go… why does Sushi Sushi get my heart? Let me count the reasons: ~ Always fresh. ~ A lot of variety. I recommend the teriyaki salmon atop rice. ~ Great prices. ~ Stock is always kept up. ~ Friendly, welcoming service. Want to nab some quick sushi in the CBD? This is the place to go. NOTES: ~ They don’t serve other Japanese food here. It’s just fast takeaways(although there are spots for you to eat it there), so don’t expect a nice warm udon or donburi.
