Waiting 45 minutes for our orders to come out(2x waffles, 1x proffitjes) was bad enough, the lack of apology just annoyed me. My friend had a chair slammed into her leg by the barrista, and again no apology. The waffles and proffitjes were nice, sure, but not anything special enough for me to put up with the poor service. I can accept a wait, but its just proper manners to atleast offer an apology.

It’s so nice when dessert haunts have irritable tummy friendly options and this is one of them! A selection of desserts are available vegan, gluten free and/or dairy free meaning I had more than one option to choose from — yay! Hazelnut tummy friendly crepes for me and they were delish!!! Plenty of options for the not digestibly challenged also — sundaes, crepes, waffles and more. The service was very casual but also very friendly. Beautiful coffee both in presentation and taste. The place was PACKED but we didn’t feel at all rushed. Unlike other restaurants where you can feel pressured to get in, order, eat, pay and get out all in the space of 20 minutes. No such feeling here. They are currently under going renovations to include a bar so I will be back to scope it out in the near future and to also sample the other intolerance friendly desserts.

To good for your body, but perfect for your soul. This place. Wow. Chocolate cardiac arrest anyone? Just great food that will go to your hips et al if you don’t move quickly after. However, for a catch up with friends or loves, this place is a winner for those fancy occasions. But seriously. Amazing.
