I came here early on when they just opened. I noticed a purple shop was opening just round the corner from where I normally had lunch and thought it was worth checking out.
I like the way they’ve decorated the place, and it gives me a real sort of alice in wonderland mad hatters tea party sort of feel with their different sized table and chairs. Still, the place is far more normal than that, and they do have a decent selection of food for lunch and dessert.
I’ve only been there twice, but I remember that the food, though reasonably priced was not very filling for me and I had to order a second portion just to feel satisfied.
A nice quaint place for light lunch or a late breakfast in a warm friendly environment, but if you’re looking for a proper meal that will fill you up, I recommend heading round the corner to Hungry Tums instead.
