Very reasonably priced. $ 18 gets you a coffee and a proper English brekkie. Brilliant. The coffee was superb, but the brekkie left something to be desired. I could tell this used to be a great location, but the construction noise of Barangaroo kills the allure of outdoor seating. It’s a good value, which I’m a sucker for especially in this expensive city, nonetheless.

I love stumbling over little unknown finds. Today’s was Top Floor Café, a great spot for a work lunch/coffee if you’re in the area. It’s not a new trendy café but does have an old world traditional charm to it with its old sandstone walls, best thing about this place is the outdoor balcony seating with a view over Burangaroo… Bit of construction at the moment but pretty water views will overtake this eyesore. The usual traditional sandwich bar/café with brekkie, toasties, milkshakes and some pretty full bodied coffee. The biggest plus it is el’ cheapo!
