Bing Boy is such a great addition to the dull, fast food and overprice options in the Galleria food court.
Firstly it is fun! Taking inspiration from Asian street food, Bing is an urban mix of flavours with a Western twang. The service is quick and you can watch them make it in front of you– from creating the Chinese crêpe and filling it with delicious, fresh and healthy ingredients.
I enjoyed the «Hey Bing Boy» which is dry pork, picked cabbage and wonton skins with the secret bing boy sauce. It was hot, filling and smelt amazing!
Can’t wait to try the Smoking Salmon and of course the Pretty n Peking.
