OPSM

Super impressed with my recent two visits to this store. The first visit was to undertake an eye test after becoming concerned about blurry distant vision. The staff were very personable and helpful, explaining to me that although I could benefit from corrective glasses, they were still not absolutely necessary (yay me!).
I asked them for assistance to help me choose a frame to suit my face, since I have always wondered why the sunglasses I have purchased over the years that I love at the shop, don’t always look as good when I get them home.
We talked about the deals they have in shop with regard to rebates on private health. They have a HICAPS machine and can tell you then and there how much rebate you are entitled to, which translates to price off your glasses at time of purchase. They also do deals with frame and lens packages, about 20% off on average, sometimes more. They also told me a little trick with my health insurance. I could purchase the plain lens glasses now and claim the rebate, which renews in January. Thus, I could return then and purchase a pair of sunglasses with the prescription lens and benefit from the rebate on those, as well, within a couple of months. Neat!
There was never any pressure for me to purchase, no hard sell. And when I went back today to get my written prescription so I could shop around (I was honest about it) they were very accommodating, to the point of advising they would be happy to service or check any glasses, whether I purchase them there, or not. They handled the awkward moment with aplomb and then went the extra mile.
It may well be that I return to make my purchase. That level of service is hard to ignore. I would not hesitate to recommend this outlet for quality of service and a perfectly good variety of frame options to choose from.

This is my closest OPSM so came here for my optometrist appointment also found the glasses I love a Ray Ban one!
Their range of glasses are fabulous they have all the good designer brands and nice choices of frames.
I purchased the Ray ban pair and they have complimentary lifetime glasses service. Which includes adjusting and cleaning your glasses anytime. I also buy daily contacts at OPSM.
The staff here are friendly and knowledgable.
When you are a client with OPSM they email you receipts on your purchases and text you when your items are ready which is very handy.
