The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill

Loved it! Went there one Monday night a few weeks ago. We were seated in booth with our own tv built in that we could control. Set with free to air and Foxtel sport channels it kept the kids happy (child and hubby). We ordered the ribs that were on a ½ price special and they were amazing, and as we each ordered different sauces it led to a friendly argument about who’s was better. We followed that up with the dessert platter which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
The service couldn’t be faulted, food came out in good time, drinks were served immediately after ordering, and staff were constantly making sure we were happy and not in need of anything.
We have since returned twice and become members in order to make good use of their happy hour while dining (jar cocktails are $ 8.90 for members, $ 12.90 full price) the ribs special is a regular Monday thing and they have other specials throughout the week eg steak night, Parma night, burger night, $ 1 ribs ect.
Value for money is pretty reasonable, but fantastic if you take up the specials on offer. For 3 servings of ½ priced ribs, a dessert platter, a jug of cider, a soft drink and ice cream spider it cost us $ 90

Came here for good old fashioned wings and was quite satisfied! Great sports bar atmosphere, huge serves and mmmm the wings are hot, American styles wings. I had a pot of cider for $ 3.50 as they’re on special on Sundays. Servers were great and food came quickly. I’d definitely go back.
