Excellent burger. The bun was beautiful and fresh. Quick and friendly service. Definitely a good local haunt.

Red Chilli Burger Bar is situated in North Perth. It was recommended to me by a work friend so myself a few mates thought we’d check it out. First thing you notice is the friendly staff who greeted us quickly on entry. Having not been there before they told us a few of the more popular burgers. I settled on a classic cheeseburger which was $ 11, which is a pretty decent price. The patty was very flavoursome. You could taste it was made onsite and it had a somewhat unique taste but in a good way. The bun was probably my favourite burger bun i’ve had in Perth. It was a while ago so I can’t remember the type of roll, but it was a cracker. The cheeseburger was exactly what you would expect, meat, cheese, diced red onions(better than some places which leave it in giant rings!) and lots of pickles. Good sauce levels too. Some of the best hot chips I have EVER eaten, were cooked to perfection by the gentleman out back. Enjoyed the chilli mayo i order to go with the chips too. The ingredients are quality and fresh, but you wouldn’t describe them as gourmet as they don’t have that fancy presentation of other places. Rather I would say the burgers have that real home style feel to them that bring you comfort and it just makes me want to keep going back. Even though it was our first time there, we were made to feel like valued customers as they asked for feedback on the burgers as we were leaving and went out of their way to farewell us as we were going. If only more places had this sort of customer service. Next time i’ll be sure to check out their home made chilli jam

Just got in from Kal, didn’t feel like cooking anything, went and got the Classic Cheese burger. Bloody nice reasonably priced, fast service. Worth a look. Been to some of the other gourmet burger places where the burgers cost $ 24 nice but not value for money. This place is.

So I’ve passed this burger joint a few times, but always out of habit I end up getting some default Nandos, or if I’m feeling like a good dose of carbs, that pasta place that used to be pasta cut that’s now called something else but basically is still pasta cup. Anyway, last weekend a friend suggests we go try it out, & I’m glad we did. First up, I was greeted by a sign that said home-made honey cake. Sold. Whether it was available was the deciding factor whether I would order a burger, & it was, so I had me a bacon burger. The bread is definitely the highlight here. If you like your burger bread, you have to try these burgers. Anyway, the other option I will have to go back for. A burger patty filled with cheese, served with chips & salad. Will let you know how it goes when I try it out next time. ;)

A fantastic alternative to McDonalds when you’re after late night burgers in North Perth. The Calzone burger is genius. Two meat patties stuffed with sausage, cheese and peppers served with salad in a bun. Their chips are pretty damn good too and you have the option of standard chips or sweet potato.
