Officeworks

This store has almost everything you will need for your home office or kids back to school.
I went this evening around 6pm and the store was relatively quiet for back to school time. The longer opening hours make shopping here a breeze. It appears they will complete your school lists for you or the staff are very helpful.
The printing services at this store are great and include self service photocopiers and printers, photo printers and counter service for the more tricky printing needs.
The staff are reasonably friendly and were able to help me find the items I needed.

I come to this Officeworks, as it is indeed the closer ones to my office. For a store that I don’t find mammoth, I’m not sure why I get so overwhelmed especially when the O’Connor location is far less busy than most others.
I find staff to be completely hit or miss. There are times that I am blown away by customer service (in a good way — greeter and cashier) and other times I want to drop-​kick the staff member that is hiding behind aisles texting on the phone. I just want to say, «Hi. I see you. You’re the world’s worst hider. The jig is up. Find me labels. Good day sir.» But, that conversation is never had because apparently he can’t feel my death-​stare.
As a frequent patron, I would find it easier if the aisles were labeled on hanging signs outside of the aisles (like at a grocery store) so that you don’t have to walk all the way to the end to find envelopes… wait no… I never found them.
This is one of the few Officeworks that still does passport photos, or did awhile back which is necessary for Visas.
