The service I received when I purchased my air conditioner recently could not have been any better. I spent no more than 15 – 20 minutes in the store and drove home with my chosen A/C — granted I was pretty sure I knew exactly which model I wanted as I’d done my research before I walked in, which obviously helps to speed things along. I did however query a different brand that was my second preference and more expensive, but John did not try and upsell me to the more expensive product and was honest in letting me know the model which was my first choice was the premium brand for air conditioners, despite being cheaper. John also also allayed some of my concerns about the installation, providing simple information which I’m not sure why other companies I called couldn’t have told me when I asked them about what issues could be encountered with installation. He also offered me the best price on the A/C before I even shared with him the price I was offered from other stores — I didn’t even bother trying to negotiate the cost down even further because I was that pleased with how helpful he was. Their contracted installers called me the following day, and completed the installation the following morning in less than 90 minutes. All up it took me 38 hours from the time I walked into the store to the time the installation was complete. I’d called three other different stores and all of them had told me installation would be one weeks’ wait from the date I purchased the A/C. My entire experience with the store and their installer was simple and efficient — couldn’t ask for anything more.
