The worst customer service I have ever received. A gentleman named Keith was really rude to me over the phone and stated«I can’t help you with this order and you’ll have to speak to my boss about this» and put me on hold for about 5 minutes before the«boss» answered. Their accounts is really unorganized and do not send out invoices to our company. And now they have put our account on hold because we haven’t paid for invoices that we haven’t received. The team really needs some training on phone/communication etiquette!

I stood politely in front of a Caucasian male, late 50’s, short, thin build, who was engaged in the two computer screens on the counter top for 4 mins! Not once looking, greeting, or offering assistance. After this elapsed time of 4 mins I heard a fellow co worker scream out for customer service, he was Asian. I stood smack bang in front of this Caucasian good for nothing, social skills of a dead cat for a further 3 mins!!! After nothing had changed and not wanting to waste anymore time of my precious time, I decided to leave for PLE computers, where I placed my order for 50+ computers! Thanks PLE Computers!

My livelihood depends on computers. I know enough of the basics, installing programs, marking up a website and navigating my way around the web. The hardware side is not my strong point. Plug and play devices are my preference. Every now and then I go to Austin Computers for their advice. I don’t know what I need, but I know what I want it to do. The guys there are really helpful at listening to my weird description of what I want to do and translate that into a part or gadget name. Their prices are very competitive and they have a replacement guarantee which gives you peace of mind.

If you’re looking for any gadgetry for your computer, upgrades, new computer setups or anything of the sort, then Austin is one of your best bets. They provide great service, and quite good prices. My favourite aspect is their replacement guarantee of 30 days which has saved me a time or 2. No hassle at all.
