There are two systems that give us the edge; our Remote Management System and our Customer Relationship Management Program.

Our Remote Management System enables Qbit to offer quick and efficient support to our clients with remote locations within their business. This system monitors computers and often repairs problems before they affect the end user.

Our Customer Relationship Management Program ensures that all your IT problems, big or small, are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. This system gives you the control of your IT service. Once you log your request via our effective ticketing system, you can view its progress and have access to financial information, such as invoicing.

These systems provide an instantaneous, high standard level of service, lowering your IT costs and troubleshooting your IT concerns.

History

Established in 2002.

Intelligent Products was born in 2002 when Fabio Suffell started doing odd IT jobs for friends and other small business. Intelligent Products started as a part time gig but soon grew over the years, until in 2007 he found himself running it full time.

Up-​Time was started in 2006 by Dave Musarra and Craig Hollins. In 2010 Intelligent Products merged with Up-​Time. They then changed the name to Qbit Computers.

In late 2010 Qbit acquired Syswise.

Qbit continued to grow naturally until the opportunity to merge with ProvidaIT came up in 2014. With ProvidaIT came Matt Saunders (our Client Services Manager) and Sean (A system engineer) who brought a myriad of skills and clients with them that only strengthened Qbit.

In May 2015 Craig Hollins left the company to peruse excellence elsewhere. Qbit has continued to expand and we are very proud of our history and the glowing recommendations that we constantly get from our client.

Fabio’s passion for the business sees him dedicating long hours to every aspect of Qbit; whether it be to the needs of his customers, his employees or the company at hand. His expertise in computers and information technology ensures he delivers only the most reliable and ideally suited products, just as his emphasis on customer satisfaction guarantees an exceptionally high standard of customer service. There’s never a phone query too early in the morning or too late at night for Fabio.

David Musarra

David’s background in Geo Technology makes him a wealth of knowledge to the business. His natural aptitude for addressing the finer details means every aspect of the service and product has been thoroughly reviewed, and adjusted according to customer expectation. Combined with his Prince2 qualifications and his personal strengths in attention to detail, David’s speciality lies in our larger projects ensuring they’re delivered within
