The staff is helpful. If you have not been to their chain previously, you will be instructed on how to get your item. You are also given samples of any of the yogurt.
Unfortunately, they are also a bit condescending and scold customers as if they are little children. If you fail to place any of the handles in the fully top position, the staff will lecture you. It does not matter if the handle is raised enough to stop the flow of yogurt from pouring.
