Horrible coffee. Rude staff. $ 3.80 worth of hot milk. Any coffee shop in Parramatta is better than this.

I had heard from a couple of people that the hot chocolate at Oliver Brown are the best. I’m pleased that it lived up to expectations! The milk hot chocolate was silky and smooth and went down very well. Better than Max Brennar’s hot chocolate. I’ll be going back.

I’m not a fan. The hot chocolate I had was weak and bitter. The coffee is also not up to par. the staff did not seem to know their products very well and were not too friendly.

Awesome hot chocolate, and I was elated to learn they serve breakfast food until 4 pm everyday, which seems very rare here.

I was served with take away cup after sitting in café and paid 6 $ for small coffee? Hopeless staff at Blacktown branch.

Another chocolatey franchise. I only dropped in for take away coffee but the service was friendly and the coffee was good. Funky décor and lots of dessert options and chocolate themed bits and pieces available for purchase.

Another Oliver Brown chain! But who cares anything with chocolate is always welcome! Located towards George St, its before you head down Church St towards all the other restaurants are. I always seem to go for the coconut hot chocolate! HOTDAM this stuff is sweet — best to have it only once every blue moon! Also great is the waffles! If you go with someone get your own! There is no such thing as sharing at this place! Overall great place to get your chocolate fix and catch up with friends and family.

Stumbled into this place after dinner at grilled for a chocolate hit. They were about 40 away from closing the store and we were aware of that and we had no plan to stay much longer than 20 minutes or so. When I ordered at the counter the girl there was straight to the point no chit chat no hello etc just what would you like. kind if felt a little rude but hey as long as the dessert was decent it doesn’t bother me to much. I got Chocolate waffles and ice cream followed by a flat white was enjoyable but nothing to write home about. Coffee was warm-cold with a bit of a stale taste but was alright with the awesomeness that is chocolate and waffles. They cost close to $ 20 which again I don’t mind but I think max Brenner might have the upper edge on these guys! After sitting around for a bit the staff were packing up and starting to put chairs up literally right next to us so we got the message but with 20 minutes or so left felt a little bit pressured to leave.

Nice alternative to Max Brenner. Doesnt seem as pricey as MB either. Nice and relaxing, quiet and close to the restaurants of Church St Menu has plenty of choice as well. From Hot/Iced chocolates to ice cream/gelato and Churros, cake etc

Just opened up in Parramatta. I was a little concerned seeing the«opening soon» signs, what with Max Brenner up near the station, San Churro just down the road, and numerous other dessert, cake, gelato and icecream stores nearby. Oliver Brown definitely stands up to the competition though, and should be able to hold its own if their Belgian milk hot chocolate is anything to go by. Plenty of seating, some with power under the seats. Great place to escape to after a dinner elsewhere. Now to try and find a way to get there in the morning to try out their breakfast options.
