With over 35 years commercial and residential building experience in Australia. The company, Alpha Building Services Pty Ltd. was founded by Dale Kennedy and he has built this business from start-​up in 2000 to become a well respected Australian property inspection company.

In 2004 Dale joined the Australian Society of Building Consultants and was elected to the Executive Committee. In 2013 Dale was elected president of the Society.

Business Owner

Dale is a proactive advocate for the building inspection and consulting industry in Australia and New Zealand. He has over 35 years commercial and residential building experience in Australia and is the founding director of Alpha Building Services Pty Ltd. Dale has built his business from start-​up in 2000 to become a well respected Australian property inspection company.

Dale is an enthusiastic supporter of open communication between industry professionals encouraging learning, training and education for building consultants. In 2004 Dale joined the Australian Society of Building Consultants and was elected to the Executive Committee. In 2013 Dale was elected president of the Society.

Dale is a 3D Inspection System Authorised Distributor and the founding member of 3D Users Australia & New Zealand. Dale also convened the first 3D Users Conference Australia, March 2012, Sydney followed by October 2012, 2013 and again in Sydney August 2013.
