Teddies N Sweets

We had a pleasant lunch of Wensleys authentic Cornish pastries. There are plenty of other traditional English options on the menu including Pork Pies, Ploughman’s lunch and High Tea. A huge range of teddy bears for purchase are on display around the walls.

Once in a while I’ll come across a truly interesting and unique place. A place that looks and feels like a labour of love blooming from childhood dreams. No other place best suits this description like Teddies N Sweets in Redcliffe. Stocked with traditional English lollies and groceries, with teddy bears of all shapes, sizes and personalities adorning the walls, its kind of a little break into fantasy when you enter the store.
If you are lucky to get a table, the service is impeccable and the food is of the toppish noshish. I particularly live to get the rhubarb and custard slice or the apple crumble. Just biting into them brings back fond memories of childhood and make-​believe adventures with me stuffed friends. The atmosphere in Teddies N Sweets is very friendly and the staff equally as nice.
