Our cookies baked fresh daily have made us world famous, our melted cheese toasty has become a smash hit. History

Established in 2010.

Mrs. Fields Top Ryde City opened in August 2010 when the top half of the centre completed the shopping centres opening. Part of a franchised network of stores in the worldwide group Mrs. Fields landed in Australia in 1980. The original store opened by a young Debbie Fields in Palo Alto California 1977. This young lady proved many wrong in believing in her product and her dream to take the soft fresh baked cookies to the world. The team at Top Ryde inspired by Debbie work to follow in her footsteps and continue her legacy.

Business Owner

Paulo has had a diverse career in retail, working with Dick Smith Electronics, Harvey Norman, Apple and even for himself as a consultant to retailers. Understanding that quality product, with quality service and the ability to get to know customers he has established the social Café/​bakery to build his own business.

With a Chilean cultural background and married to Karen from a Chinese background he has developed the ability to create community with all cultures in Sydney’s melting pot within Ryde.
