I was building a home server and came to this store with a list of parts and the need for a bit of advice. The man who served me clearly did not want to be there and could provide no help (I could hear the other salesman being very helpful with another customer, luck of the draw).
Was not able to view a computer case out of the box before paying for it because then they «would not be able to sell the item as new». Fair call? You decide. To me it was frustrating.
Three stars due to unhelpful customer service, bordering on rude. I wanted to award less but I’m taking into account that I really need a coffee!

I needed a new micro-​server for a home NAS. A quick web search found that these guys had stock at a great price — and they were local — so I gave them a try.
I had heard that the store can get busy so there might be a wait, however when I arrived there weren’t any other customers. The three sales guys nearly fell over themselves to serve me. Once that was sorted, the assistant was very helpful with some great advice.
Within fifteen minutes I had everything I needed to build my server paid for and was on my way home to put it together.
Highly recommended.
