lunch specials here are pretty good in price and quality.
the teppanyaki meals are a little pricey but if you’re celebrating a special occasion it’s worth it as the bbq’d seafood /​meat /​veggies are delicious and they don’t skimp on quantity.
unlike most gimmicky teppanyaki places, this restaurant does not throw food at you to catch in your mouth, but they do cook it in front of you with the same theatricality.

Went here with my lovely girlfriend for a Groupon (!) deal — was a «13 course banquet with Sake»…
From the booking process onwards Teppankai was a pleasure to deal with. Richard (who confirmed my booking) met me at the door and staff were generally super friendly and just a pleasure to converse with.
The food at Teppankai was brilliant, from the included starters to the seafood and meats cooked on the Teppan grill in front of us, all was fresh and flavoursome.
