I was genuinely shocked to find SUCH a fantastic Thai restaurant in Springvale… probably the best in Melbourne and I judge against some of the best in Bangkok where I visit often on business. Kao Gaeng is a real hidden gem and moderately priced because it is Springvale! Tell them how much heat you can handle, I like it as Thai locals like it (which is hot). Make sure you feed the meters with 80 cents though the Care Park inspectors are rather savage…
