Amazingly yummy food, expensive but worth it for a nice night out. Beautiful art on the walls and definitely worth while!

Friendly, attentive, efficient staff. Market Fish & Pork Belly cooked to absolute perfection. Very reasonably priced. Northern Italian/European cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Nice selection on the menu for all entrees, mains & desserts. Not a huge selection, perhaps that’s the secret to perfection. We’ll be back and will recommend. Nice separate Bar area as well, great for a couple of pre dinner drinks.

I purchased an Ouffer coupon for 3 courses and a glass of wine each, it was wonderful to be treated the same as other guests not using a coupon. I am pretty fussy and could not fault any of the entrees’s mains or desserts. It was a great experience with service to match. I highly recommend this place it is a casual atmosphere with fine dining. I cant wait to go back.

Consistently good food. The only limitation here is the lack of accessible parking for over 2 hours. Recommend take the 96 tram if possible — lets you enjoy the wine if you do it this way. Speaking of wine, the list is good but it lacks real choice in the $ 60 – 90 range. If you want something reasonable, you have to pay around $ 100 or more which seems to be disproportionate to the price-point of the food.

Upon stepping in Mirka At Tolarno Hotel you will be engrossed by the amazing artwork from Australia’s own Mirk Mora. Warm inviting tones colour the walls, and images of birds and cupids spread their way across the top. One of four Guy Grossi restaurants in Melbourne, Mirka is definitely a must for anyone looking to feed their eyes as well as their stomach. Mirka Mora has combined both traditional decorational elements and well as modern ones to create a stunning dinning room with lots of light, looking out onto Fitzroy Street. Upon dining I chose the Mussels Mariniere for appetizer and the Duck Breast L’Orange as main. A lover of duck when I can afford to splash out, Guy Grossi’s roasted duck breast was fantastic! Tender and slightly sweet it was served o a bed of baby carrots and was definitely a well deserved treat. The Mussels as well were above par, salty, spiced and served with french fries this meal left me always wanting more.
