We really enjoyed the meal — excellent service by Epz. We felt special even though we were using a voucher. Shame the sticky date pudding ran out but otherwise fantastic!

My memory of One Fitzroy st involves the gay pride march, and dancing on the upstairs on the balcony on a sunny day.
I was in St Kilda the day of the march a couple of years ago, and my friends and I were pulled in by the packed venue that was full of happy, drunk people that were dancing their behinds off. Needless to say, within a couple of hours I was one of the merry dancers, and enjoyed a beverage or five from the bar. Other than the fun I had, the other thing I noticed was the fast pace of the bar, which was great seeing as it was so packed. Who wants to wait in line at a bar when your favourite song is playing? Good job to the staff, and the bouncers who kept everything fun and drama free.

Spread over two levels with floor to ceiling windows, One Fitzroy Street is perfect for a relaxing sun drenched breakky or casual mid week drinks with your mates. Upstairs is a lovely function space complete with a balcony over looking the busy streets below available for private use as well as special events. Downstairs is the café/​bistro that offers some delicious food and drink specials throughout the week, I frequently take advantage of the $ 10 all day breakfast on the weekends. For your 12 bucks you will get eggs anyway you like, Chipolata Sausages, Bacon, Grilled Tomato, Mushrooms and a coffee! Perfect!
Another favourite would have to be the Lemongrass Chicken, it is cooked Asian style and served with pickles, chilli lime sauce and steamed rice, a lime mojito on the side to wash it all down (there is 2−4−1 special on mojitos some nights during the week) and you’ve got yourself one exotic, tasty treat!
