Can’t comment on the good but the coffee(long black) was pretty uninspiring — weak and low on flavour.

A good and small café, convenient location, right nxt to the shopping centre, and my house lol. Always come here in the weekend. Friendly staff. Wish they stayed open a bit later tho. Missed my breakfast sometimes cause of the hangover after a big night out: P

Rodney Rude used to do a great set called ‘I hate that’ «I smile a lot, I got fired from a job once for smiling. I hate that. I said if I can’t smile on the job then get yourself another funeral director.» I hate working on Sundays. Sunday is a day of rest. Unfortunately sometimes Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays are also days of rest for me and Sunday is time to catch up before I get more rest than is good for a self employed person. There are only a few redeeming features about working on a Sunday, shorts and thongs are one, Café La Rosa is another. Its absolutely packed after 8.30 ‘cos there is NOWHERE else to get a decent cup of coffee and brekky. I like La Rosa, I like that there are regulars there every day. The nice lady with the goitre in the wheelchair, the cabbies, and the old bloke who wears a baseball cap the wrong way even though he’s way to old to do that. At least he doesn’t wear drop crotch pants with his Bonds sticking out the top. These people are flat stick from 8am to Lunch but they are still friendly and the coffee is good. Now …back to work! I hate that.
